We row out of the Pocock Rowing Center on the northeast shore of Seattle's Lake Union near the University Bridge. The street address is 3320 Fuhrman Avenue East, Seattle, Washington, 98102.

We practice on the water from 5am to 7am on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, February through November.

During December and January we alter our schedule as determined by the team and coach. Most recently we've had coached land workouts two mornings a week with an on-the-water row once a week.

Access to the Pocock Rowing Center is allowed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Center's training facilities include many Concept II rowing machines and weight training equipment as well as showers, lockers and meeting rooms.

Our boats are sized for women rowers and SYC takes great pride in the maintenance and safety of all our equipment.
